Are you ready to combine your RA qualification with challenging and impactful client engagements? At PwC, you'll join our Assurance Academy, where you'll contribute to statutory audits from day one and grow quickly within a close-knit team where learning never stops.
The Assurance Academy at a glance
You'll start in a two-year program where you work four days a week on (interim and year-end) audits for a variety of clients and spend one day studying for your RA qualification. You'll build a strong foundation in auditing, work with modern tools, and receive coaching to help you bring out the best in yourself every time.
What you'll do
Together with your team, you'll perform interim and year-end audits for clients across different sectors. You'll conduct interviews, map internal control processes and IT systems, and test design, existence, and effectiveness. During year-end audits, you'll analyze financial data in the annual accounts and clearly communicate your findings to your team and the client. You'll learn on the job, be challenged and supported by enthusiastic colleagues, and develop rapidly. Examples of your tasks include:
- Mapping and testing processes and key controls;
- Analyzing data and financial statement items during year-end audits;
- Documenting findings in audit files;
- Collaborating with colleagues at client sites and in the office;
- Progressing quickly to more complex tasks and greater responsibility.
What we're looking for
We value curiosity and a willingness to learn. You enjoy working collaboratively, keeping an overview, and communicate clearly with clients and colleagues. You're a true team player, proactive, and entrepreneurial. In addition, you meet the following requirements:
- Completed a bachelor's or master's degree in accountancy or a related field;
- Basic knowledge of accounting;
- Start your RA qualification from day one;
- Fluent in Dutch or English, spoken and written;
- Available from September or February;
- Driver's license B (preferred).
