- internal financing, cash management, bank account management (including coordinating authorisations)
- liquidity planning and cash flow planning (via direct method)
- coordination of payment services, including the monitoring of developments and implementation of these
- execution of treasury risk management (e.g. Foreign exchange, interest rate and counterparty risks)
- handling of credit support requests (e.g. PCGs, bank guarantees)
- internal reporting and proper reflection of transactions and planning in the Group’s treasury system landscape
- reviewing and steering local project set-ups from a finance perspective
- structuring, advising on, negotiating and implementing on-balance as well as non-recourse joint venture financings and project financings. This includes inter alia
- advising units on the respective project structures and JV concepts
- the assessment of risks and development of respective risk allocation concepts
- reviewing and negotiating finance document
- Line-management responsibility for the Dutch Treasury team, existing of 3 FTE
As member of the management board of some Group entities your responsibilities comprise:
- management liability for certain companies with a specific finance/ treasury focus, i.e. Definition and roll-out of the business strategy, financial planning and steering, budgeting, performance management and reporting
- design, alignment and execution of international intragroup financing transactions and their funding in the Dutch context, including the (re)financing via capital markets, and management of any associated risks.
You will be part of the CFO cluster. As part of the E.ON Group this role also requires regular exchange with Group Finance at E.ON SE. Moreover, you are responsible manager for a local team of Treasury experts.

- Strong Finance proficiency, esp. Familiarity with financial steering and risk management concepts, and their impact on local decisions
- Extensive treasury experience in a multinational environment (minimum 5 years)

- Communicating powerfully and collaborating effectively with external stakeholders (local financial parties, advisors, tax authorities) and internal stakeholders, Group functions and neighbour disciplines, especially in the areas of tax, legal and accounting. - Strong coordinator in cross-functional optimization of financial transactions
- Having a strong focus on process enhancement, digitalization, outsourcing of low-value tasks, and communication. Inspirator in driving, implementing and executing strategic improvements
- Experienced in financial management (e.g. Earlier role in banking, as treasury consultant, ideally complemented by relevant professional certifications such as RT, AMCT, CFA, CAIA or FRM)
- Proficiency in English is essential, with additional language skills, particularly in Dutch, preferred
- All activities are required to be performed from the Netherlands.
