Product Coordinator Amsterdam

Do you have several years' experience working within high-volume fashion workflows in styling or logistics environment? Do you enjoy working behind the scenes making sure everything is ready for the next day? If so, this might be a new opportunity for you! The job post closes Wednesday, September 29th at 18:00.

For one of our clients, an international fashion & lifestyle brand with their HQ in Amsterdam, we are looking for 2x Sample Coordinators to join their Photo Studios team.

In this position you will use strong organizational skills to manage, curate and organize the 'Product Rails' used for Ecommerce fashion shoots. While working closely with Art Directors, Planner and Samples Coordinators, you will ensure products are prepared and ready to shoot as per guidelines and to facilitate optimum productivity and quality.

You will be comfortable working under pressure and flexible to accommodate any change in planning. Reporting into the Operations Manager, you will play a key role balancing operational AND creative considerations. The role requires excellent time management skills and proven ability to handle schedule coordination. In terms of behaviour, the Product Coordinator adeptly navigates ambiguity and remains calm and pragmatic when creative direction or planning unavoidably changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Planning and Creative team to ensure products preparation following shooting guideline;
  • Oversee the organization and maintenance of a large sample set;
  • Assists stylists with outfit coordination;
  • Organize and facilitate the shooting;
  • Partner with Stylist and Model booker to ensure efficient rails building that meet our model pool and visual brand;
  • Collaborate with Planning and Samples coordinators to ensure optimum Rail Readiness and bay utilization;
  • Report any fit issues with model or product quality issues on set.

The Ideal Candidate brings:

  • At least 2 - 4 x years' experience within high-volume fashion workflows;
  • Logistics, styling or operational background coupled with fashion awareness;
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results;
  • Proven sense of urgency and agility to adjust with changing priorities;
  • Acute attention to detail, accuracy, and organization;
  • Hunger to drive automation and standardize workflows;
  • Quick problem solver, solutions driven person;
  • Enthusiastic, positive energy and able to work well under pressure.
