This is not simply a position overseeing operations. It is about setting the tone for the entire Front Office team. One moment you might be welcoming a returning guest who has stayed with us for years. The next, you could be helping a colleague navigate a challenging situation or working alongside another department to create a memorable surprise for a special occasion.
Throughout your day, you remain close to the operation. You support the team during peak moments, help maintain the flow of the Front Office, and ensure that every guest interaction reflects the warmth and individuality that Pulitzer is known for.
Equally important is your role within the team itself. You continuously coach, motivate, and develop your colleagues, helping them build confidence and grow in their careers. You understand that great hospitality starts with engaged and inspired people.
As Front of House Lead, you are a senior presence within the Front Office team and a trusted partner to the Front Office Manager. You help guide the daily operation while creating a positive and collaborative culture where colleagues can perform at their best.
We are looking for someone who combines operational confidence with genuine emotional intelligence. Someone who enjoys developing people just as much as delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Previous experience within Front Office or Guest Services is essential, and you have already demonstrated your ability to take ownership, support others, and lead by example. Experience within a luxury or lifestyle hospitality environment is highly valued, but attitude, character, and leadership potential matter just as much.
The most successful Front of House Leads are not necessarily the loudest voices in the room.
