PAMPPY Dog Grooming & SPA, the first ultimate treat in the heart of Amsterdam is looking for a FRONT OFFICE MANAGER.

With your compassion, care and passion for helping others, you’ll support to lead the operations of the Grooming & SPA — from head to tail! You’ll build relationships with clients, champion exceptional customer service, and drive results to grow the business.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Manage day-to-day operations and assignments to deliver an exceptional experience from the minute that guest enter the salon.
Recommend full range of services and build trust with the pet parents.
Evaluate guest satisfaction level and monitor trends with a focus on continuous improvement (CRM system).
Ensure all staff are properly equipped with the tools and equipment needed to effectively carry out their job functions.
Coordinate all front desk activities, including calls, reservations, bills and guests services (Dutch and English are must).
