As a ClientDirector, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of key clients and lead the vision, strategy, and execution that drives real growth — for them, for dentsu, and for your own career.

What You’ll Do

Lead With Purpose

• Act as a dentsu ambassador, building strong and trusted relationships across clients, industry partners, and internal teams;
• Represent our values through your leadership, collaboration, and commitment to exceptional delivery.

Drive Modern, Integrated Media Excellence

• Shape and deliver innovative, full-spectrum media solutions — grounded in client ambitions and enabled by dentsu’s capabilities;
• Use a deep understanding of digital and offline media to design strategies that are evidence-based, creative, and future-fit.

Elevate Client Growth

• Guide clients through complex business and marketing challenges with confidence and strategic clarity;
• Ensure sustainable account performance, client satisfaction, and commercial growth.

Experience We're Looking For

• Extensive agency (or relevant client-side commercial) experience in a senior client-facing role;
• A proven ability to grow and nurture client relationships;
• Strong media knowledge (digital + offline), ideally as a communications planner/director;
• Experience managing teams with varied backgrounds and skill levels;
• Confident advising clients in a digital-first context;
• Strong presentation and communication skills;
• Experience managing budgets and/or P&L;
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
