Interim HR Transformation Manager

A fast‑growing tech organisation in Utrecht – which is recently acquired by an international parent company – is looking for an experienced HR Transformation Manager to guide the business through a period of significant change.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future HR landscape, harmonise processes, and support the organisation as it integrates into its new structure.

• Develop and execute the HR transformation roadmap following the acquisition

• Align HR processes, systems, and policies with the new parent organisation

• Lead change management initiatives and support leaders through the transition

• Identify opportunities to optimise HR operations and employee experience

• Coordinate integration activities across HR, IT, and business functions

• Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure clear communication throughout the organisation

• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on transformation‑related topics

• Proven experience in HR transformation, HR project management, or organisational change

• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels

• Experience working in post‑merger or acquisition contexts is a strong advantage

• Analytical mindset combined with a pragmatic, hands‑on approach

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to bring clarity during change
