Your job as an HR Business Partner
You act as a strategic partner to advise and consult with manager and senior leaders for the entire people lifecycle. In the meantime you take responsibility for the tactical and operational HR activities for this area. Such as recruitment, onboarding, L&D, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations and leave/absenteeism management. You will be building and maintaining the partnerships with the managers and senior leaders, and helping them achieve business targets while ensuring employee focus. Other responsibilities include the:
- determining current and future staffing needs, and advising managers on recruitment strategies.
- recruitment and selection process, including giving support to review and/or update the job description, ensure posting jobs on relevant job sites and conduct interviews.
- performance management of the company, including onboarding, training and development, and succession planning.
- ensuring the correct data is in the HR system (in close collaboration with the HR Admin & HR Officer) and ensuring the correct application of compensation and benefits.
- supporting managers in case of sick leave, in compliance with the ‘Wet Poortwachter’, you coordinate appointments with arbo service and follow up and ensure registration with UWV when needed.
- engaging actively with Works Council in all related matters, coaching managers on all employee relations matters and provide legal advice when necessary.

- bachelor or master degree in a related field (Human resources, Organizational development, BA).
- minimum of 7 years experience in an HR advisory role in an international organization.
- broad knowledge of the Dutch labor law.
- fluency in both English and Dutch language (written and verbal).
