People Services is an international department within our global HR organization. It consists of 30 people and is the first point of contact for questions concerning our global and local HR policies, processes, and benefits. It focusses on a vast array or tasks and responsibilities, including all administrative actions relating to our "hire to retire" processes, but also knowledge management of our HR policies, HR reporting and so much more. By working in the People Services team, you are in the centre of all facets and stakeholders of HR, offering a range of challenges and development opportunities.
What you do as an HR Data & Reporting Officer
As our HR Data & Reporting officer, you will support both the ongoing business as usual for reporting requirements (annual/quarter/ad hoc reports), as well as contribute to the accurate maintenance of our data in the HR system. Additionally, you will support ongoing projects and take responsibility for continuously improving our HR Core data management processes.
If needed, you will team up with the other HR support agents to deliver HR administrative tasks in the application and process execution of our labour conditions and benefits packages.
As our HR Data & Reporting officer, your main focus will be on the following activities:
- Extract staff data from our HR core system and aggregate this to reports that meet our client's needs;
- Oversee and deliver the end-to-end request process for new (ad hoc) reports and change existing ones; gather information and the requirement to build the report;
- Develop and maintain annual and quarterly reports and provide analysis of the data to give insight/trend to our stakeholders;
- Maintain the organization structure within our HR core application and support the business administratively when restructuring of (parts of) our organisation takes place.
- Act as the liaison to our Finance team for HR related dashboards in our global PowerBI tool.
- Give support to ongoing HR (automation) projects when needed
- Take initiative to continuously improve our internal People Services KPI dashboards
What you bring
We are looking for an energetic, analytical and fun colleague, who is willing to improve our existing services, bringing it to the next level.
In addition, you bring:
- Relevant Bachelor's degree (e.g. MER, business studies, HRM or related) with 1-3 years experience;
- Affinity with data processing and analysis and the ability to explain these in a clear and understandable manner;
- Preferably full-time available;
- Good command of the English language, both verbal and written. Having Dutch language skills is an advantage;
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially a good understanding of Excel) and familiar with AFAS Profit (preferably with creating reports and importing data);
- You have a positive, inquisitive and client servicing attitude who can work under pressure, is a team player and wants to have fun!
