As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the overall service delivery of the hotel, ensuring a seamless and high-quality guest experience across all departments. Acting as the right hand of the General Manager, you will lead daily operations, support Heads of Department, and drive performance through a hands-on approach. In this role, you will balance operational responsibilities with leadership development, acting as deputy in the absence of the General Manager, and taking ownership in a dynamic, smaller hotel environment. This role is paid according to Horeca CAO scale (Schaal XI), starting from €4112.83 gross per month
