Location: Hybrid, Utrecht-based (1-2 days a week in the office).
Some adhoc travel to Belgium, UK and Ireland from time to time (+-once a quarter).

Primary ObjectiveWe are seeking a Professional Services Manager, to lead a small team of consultants (+-10) focused on delivering customer solutions in the Netherlands, Belgium, UK and Ireland. This is a manager role, focused on technical quality, people development and client partnership.
You will assist with team development through guidance and collaboration, ensuring projects meet quality standards and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of security engineers and solution consultants.
- Responsible for Professional Services across all our regions, including Netherlands, Belgium, UK and Ireland. Occasional travel to other regions.
- Ensure projects follow best practices and are documented and transitioned smoothly.
- Work with Practice Leads to maintain alignment on technical standards.
- Collaborate with the project management team to support successful delivery.
- Support team development through training and knowledge sharing.
- Assist in resolving technical or customer escalations.
- Participate in operational discussions.
- Contribute to occasional local activities and initiatives within the Netherlands.
- Fluent in English and Dutch.
- Experience leading technical or consulting teams (2+ years) in a professional services or customer delivery environment.
- Solid technical background in IT Solutions. Experience with Microsoft technologies or vendor-led enterprise a plus.
- Ability to follow and apply technical standards.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
