We are looking for a sales powerhouse who, with personal passion for VIP products, finesse, and top-tier professionalism, will set new standards – for our most sophisticated customers and for us as a brand. In your new role, you\'ll recognize the endless possibilities motorsport has to offer, understand the exclusive needs of high-end clients, and develop unique offers that create lasting excitement.

Your Impact
  • Creation and expansion of the new “Customised Experiences” area: Develop and sell tailored VIP- and high-end group incentives for exclusive motorsport events.

  • Customer care and active sales: Captivate VIP customers and Travel Groups long term – from initial contact to final booking – with personal finesse, excellent service, and our extraordinary experiences.

  • Procurement & supplier management: Identify, acquire, and maintain strong partnerships with providers such as helicopter and private jet hosts, event locations, and premium service providers.

  • Design of creative premium offers: Develop tailor-made, profitable travel offers with consideration for our pricing structures, margins, and upselling potential – for individuals and group travel.

  • Optimization of the product presentation: Improve the presentation of our product pages and offers and increase our conversion rate through targeted digital measures.

Your Top 3 Goals
  1. Scaling of the “Customised Experiences” business unit: Successful expansion of new VIP and group travel offerings through clearly measurable target achievements.

  2. Maximizing customer satisfaction and customer experience: Measured by customer reviews, you ensure top-tier customer service through personalized implementation of exclusive travel experiences.

  3. Optimizing the product presentation: By use of targeted digital actions, you improve the visibility and usability of our “Customised Experiences” offerings and increase our on-page conversion rate.

2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the area of VIP hospitality, motorsport events, or travel management.

An existing network of partners and suppliers is a major plus.

Initial experience with VIP clientele as well as knowledge in e-commerce are advantageous.

Experience with CRM systems such as Pipedrive, HubSpot, or Salesforce.

Knowledge in pricing strategy development and margin optimization.

Strong customer orientation and a good sense for style, service, and premium offerings.

Team player mentality with high self-motivation and sense of responsibility.

Willingness to travel to develop partnerships and close deals on-site.

Fluency in German and strong command of English. An additional language is a plus.

Affinity for motorsport or industry knowledge is a plus.
