As a vital member of our extended multi-national Parts Sales Team, you will be responsible for managing and maximizing B2B sales of our available spare parts portfolio to our DAF and TRP dealer network, as well as facilitating direct B2C sales through our dealers to fleet and end customers in your assigned AOR.
Your primary responsibilities include managing dealer purchase targets, improving general parts turnover, producing steady year-on-year growth, and maximizing the purchase loyalty of dealers and especially fleet customers in your area.
To achieve these goals;
- You will develop and implement tactical and operational sales initiatives and marketing plans that lead to achieving our sales and profit goals.
- You will manage sales support to dealers, including pricing, sales actions, analysis, and bonus proposals, and inform and instruct DAF and TRP dealers about new products, product portfolio, and pricing changes.
- Additionally, a key responsibility of yours will be identifying parts business opportunities that our DAF dealers and their customers may not currently realize with us and converting them into PPE sales.
- Working alongside your team members, you will implement dealer and customer programs, such as and not limited to PACCAR Parts Fleets Services, eCommerce, MDI, the FOCUS analytics tool, and focus on increasing the quantitative and qualitative utilization of our strategic retail initiatives within our network and customer base.
- You will also lead continuous improvement initiatives within our dealers' parts and warehouse operations, such as inventory optimization via MDI.
- Finally, you will drive the exploration of new sales channels and be an integral part of successfully implementing new programs related to e-mobility, such as the PACCAR Charger infrastructure. - We are seeking candidates for this challenging role who possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge and expertise
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Business-to-Business sales is a prerequisite
- Highly desirable to have knowledge of the commercial automotive (parts) market, related market segments, the European transport industry and the competitors operating within it
- Possesses a problem-solving attitude and a natural inclination to tackle challenges and business management issues of the customer and end-user base
- A willingness to travel extensively (up to 85% of the time) is required
- An entrepreneur at heart, with a result-driven mindset, high work flexibility, strong initiative, considerable persuasion skills, and a high level of motivation to excel and perform well
- Experience in e-Mobility is a plus
- Excellent management and sales skills with outstanding communication and presentation abilities in German, English, French (Hungarian language skills would be advantageous)

of 5 state of the art distribution centers and delivering unique and innovative customer and dealer solutions. PPE has employees in all major European markets, an export division covering the non-European markets and PACCAR Distributions Centers (PDC) in Eindhoven, Leyland, Budapest, Spain and Panama.
PACCAR Parts Fleet Services (PPFS), is developing and delivering prime parts service solutions to the largest fleets in Europe aiming to optimize the vehicle uptime and as a result improved return. The services include European credit lines, reduced administrative burden, Consolidated Payment, Single Point of Invoicing and an online web shop with fleet specific prices.
DAF Austria, the Austrian subsidiary, is based in Wiener Neudorf near Wien and is responsible for implementing DAF’s Marketing & Sales strategy within the Austrian and Swiss market. In these Markets, DAF is known for its high-quality products and services which are brought to market by an excellent dealer network. The Parts Sales department is central to the relationship between DAF Trucks Eindhoven and its local DAF Dealers and has significant impact in how those dealers
perform.
