About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Local Support Assistant in Hilversum, The Netherlands, to assist with on-site operational support at our local office.
This is an on-demand, freelance role — not full-time — with interventions scheduled in advance.

The Local Support Assistant ensures smooth operations on-site, including shipments, inventory, office support, and general coordination.
Tasks
Key Tasks
Shipment Assistance
- Prepare shipments to and from the office, ensuring proper packing and documentation.
- Track incoming and outgoing shipments, confirm deliveries, and follow up with carriers (DHL, FedEx, etc.).
- Ensure timely delivery and consistent status updates.
Inventory Management
- Conduct regular inventory checks for office equipment and supplies.
- Maintain and update inventory records, reporting discrepancies or low stock levels.
General Support & Coordination
- Assist with miscellaneous office tasks as needed.
- Act as the on-site point of contact for support requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to resolve technical or logistical issues.
- Ensure clear communication regarding the status of shipments, inventory, and operational matters.

- Energetic & Motivated: Proactive in handling tasks and solving problems.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong accuracy in managing shipments, inventory, and light technical support.
- Flexible Availability: Available for on-demand interventions scheduled in advance (Monday to Friday, The Netherlands).
- Proximity to Office: Ideally located near Regus Hilversum Arena to ensure quick response times.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of office equipment and IT troubleshooting.
- Communication: Ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external providers.
- Experience: Background in logistics, administration, or technical support is a plus but not mandatory.
