About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager who will collaborate closely with the Head of Customer Success to enhance our customer journey and optimise the performance of the post‑sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Customer Success on strategic initiatives, improving processes, team functionality, and driving post‑sales performance.
• Assist with daily tasks, including quick analyses, content creation, and operational activities, to ensure smooth functioning of the post‑sales teams.
• Independently complete projects with strong analytical abilities and excellent interpersonal skills, gathering necessary information from diverse team members.
• Play a key role across the entire post‑sales journey, including Onboarding, Consultancy, and Customer Success teams, to optimise the end‑to‑end customer experience.

Post‑sales Teams Overview

• Onboarding Team: Approximately 15 full‑time employees (FTE).
• Consultancy Team: Approximately 15 FTE.
• Customer Success / Account Management Team: Currently around 3 FTE, with plans to expand to the size of the other teams.
