You have a proven track record in finding and selecting top talent and are experienced in handling the entire recruitment process.

Making a difference

  • Recruitment intake with the hiring manager and act as sparring partner
  • Drafting a compelling vacancy text
  • Excellent in complex stakeholder management
  • Design and execute a suitable sourcing strategy, including social media and Events
  • Making a difference in a good candidate experience
  • Taking care of the selection process and interviewing candidates
  • Job offer and negotiations
  • Using innovative techniques with a focus on sourcing, hunting, and networking

Customer focus, networking, result driven and the ability to inspire and influence are clearly essential for the role of Corporate Recruiter for a high demanding domain. In addition, it's important that you recognize everything in the checklist below:

  • Bachelor’s Degree; plus relevant recruitment experience;
  • Experience and solid understanding of how to source, screen and recruit for international vacancies and also using different social media;
  • Affinity with Data & Analytics, Compliance, Legal, Finance or Audit profiles;
  • Strong business focus and drive;
  • Demonstrated ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment often with tight deadlines;
  • Cultural sensitivity, including the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds;
  • Fluent in English and Dutch (verbal and written).

  • A personal budget that you can spend on activities related to your personal development and career;
  • flexible working times and location-independent working;
  • 100 % reimbursement of commuting costs if you travel by public transport! Do you still prefer to travel by car or motorbike? Then choose a commuting allowance;
  • a pension scheme, to which your contribution is only 3.5%.
