The IT Workplace Services cluster provides our over 2,200 colleagues worldwide with the modern tools they need to always be productive (together). To further expand our services to our colleagues, the Collaboration Services team is looking for a new colleague with experience in the Microsoft 365 domain.
As a (senior) IT Specialist, you are a real doer and know how to use your expertise to solve complex issues. You are responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of our various collaboration tools and solutions that integrate our on-premise and cloud based platforms. You work closely with your colleagues in a multidisciplinary scrum team consisting of 6 people, a scrum master and a product owner. The strong focus here is on combining and optimizing the collaboration tools from different environments. Think of on-premise and hybrid solutions, including Microsoft Exchange and cloud-based solutions like Microsoft Teams, Office 365, and Microsoft Entra ID. Of course, the security aspect also plays a significant role in this.
Eager to learn, proactive, entrepreneurial, a team player focused on collaboration, and an analytical adventurer who loves to share his knowledge with the team and is good at conveying it. This is how we can best describe you as a (senior) IT Specialist. Thanks to your strong analytical skills, you quickly come up with solutions and are not afraid to express your opinion. What technical skills do you bring:
- You have demonstrable experience with Exchange Server, including configuration, management, migration and troubleshooting. This also includes combination with third party security products such as Valimail and Trustwave.
- You can independently troubleshoot and solve mail routing problems and you have knowledge of certificates in combination with TLS;
- You have demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Graph;
- Setting up and debugging configuration profiles, compliance policies and app restriction policies in Intune are no problem for you, as well as setting up enrollment scenarios;
- You have demonstrable knowledge of and experience with Intune security, such as Conditional Access;
- You are capable of independently interpreting log files and carrying out corrective actions;
- You have knowledge of managing users and groups in M365, including licenses and access rights;
- You have knowledge of monitoring tools to check the status of Microsoft 365 products and generate reports;
- You have a good command of both Dutch and English.
