At ATS, we’re looking for a Senior Consultant OT / Pre-Sales Consultant who enjoys being close to the client, comfortable in commercial conversations and confident enough to guide manufacturers from first idea to scalable solution.
This is a hybrid role by design:
~50% consulting & solution shaping, ~50% pre‑sales & value‑based selling.
- Act as a trusted OT advisor for manufacturing clients in the Benelux region
- Lead discovery sessions, workshops and solution discussions around MES/MOM and OT landscapes
- Translate operational challenges into clear, value‑driven solutions
- Work closely with Sales to shape proposals, scopes and roadmaps
- Spot natural follow‑up opportunities – expansions, optimizations, next phases
- Stay hands‑on enough to stay credible, strategic enough to stay relevant
You won’t be handed a script.
You’ll be expected to think, challenge and co‑create.
You combine OT expertise with commercial awareness.
You enjoy client interaction, asking the right questions and helping decision‑makers see what’s possible – without overselling.
You likely bring:- Experience in pre‑sales, solution consulting or senior OT/MES delivery
- Strong knowledge of MES/MOM, LIMS, APS or industrial automation
- Hands‑on experience with Siemens Opcenter X (Execution Process/Discrete, LIMS, APS)
- Integration understanding across ERP, PLM, SCADA, IIoT
- Familiarity with ISA‑95, GAMP 5, 21 CFR Part 11
- Confidence in storytelling, workshops, and solution positioning
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- A value‑based sales mindset (consultative, not pushy)
- Work with leading manufacturers in the Benelux on complex OT/MOM transformations
