As HR Business Director, you're the architect of a new business unit and full Management Team member at Cosun Ingredients. Here, HR is business critical.
You translate the Unlock 30 strategy directly into execution. You build a culture where agile, innovative, and inclusive excellence is the norm. As talent architect, you don't work with what exists – you build what's needed. You speak the language C-level understands workforce analytics that wake-up boardrooms, hard ROI on talent investments, data-driven workforce planning. You've seen how integrations fail and succeed. You digitalize because it delivers business value: processes that free up time, systems that provide insight, platforms that develop talent. But this role demands more than vision alone. You roll up your sleeves to clean up existing routines, integrate fragmented processes, and raise standards where needed. You're strategic, yet hands-on and equally comfortable shaping boardroom strategy as you are driving operational excellence on the ground

Wat neem je mee?What you bring:
- Master's degree or equivalent
- 10-15 years broad HR experience, including 6-10 years in senior leadership
- Proven success in HR strategy, transformation, and organizational design
- Expertise in strategic HR planning, organizational development, HR analytics, talent management, DEI, digital HR transformation, and M&A
- High level of professionalism and low ego
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and influencing skills.

Procedure- Je leren kennen
Indien je goed aansluit op de vacature neemt de HR Specialist Recruitment contact met je op. Dit om alvast een eerste beeld te krijgen en mogelijke vragen van weerszijde beantwoord te krijgen.
- Het eerste gesprek
In het eerste gesprek kom je in contact met jouw mogelijk toekomstige manager en uiteraard is er iemand van HR aanwezig om je als persoon wat beter te leren kennen.
- Case
Mogelijk is een case onderdeel van de procedure. Hierin wordt er gekeken hoe je met bepaalde praktijksituaties om zou gaan. Vaak kan de case vanuit huis worden gemaakt en soms maak je de case voor aanvang van het 2e gesprek op locatie.
- Het tweede gesprek
Wat goed je bent nog in de procedure! Tijdens dit gesprek gaan we nog wat dieper op de zaken in. Daarnaast willen ook deze personen je nog wat beter leren kennen, zodat we zeker weten dat we een mooie match hebben.
