The Opportunity
You will execute the development of selected products within the Nimbl apparel range, bringing performance?'led concepts to market with precision and quality. You'll drive innovation in aerodynamic performance using advanced technical fabrics.
About Your Job
- Drive innovation in aerodynamic performance by implementing advanced technical fabrics and construction methods.
- Support the creation of product briefs, providing technical input and feasibility insight.
- Execute fabric and trim sourcing, including lab dips and vendor sampling.
- Lead the creation of tech packs, BOMs, and CADs for assigned products.
- Manage sample tracking, prototype reviews, and fit iterations under senior guidance.
- Integrate sustainable sourcing practices and circular design principles into the development process, aligning with Pon's long?'term sustainability goals.
- Collect and document performance testing feedback, suggest technical improvements.
- Handle day?'to?'day supplier communication for assigned items.
- Support margin alignment and product readiness for sign?'off.
- Assist in handover to marketing and operations with accurate and clean documentation.
What You Bring
- Technical foundation in apparel development with 3+ years experience.
- Knowledge of technical garment construction specifically for compression and high?'speed aerodynamics.
- Detail?'oriented with strong CAD and tech pack skills.
- Proactive communicator, eager to learn and contribute across functions.
- Comfortable with lab dip review, QC feedback, and development timelines.
- Thrives in a fast?'growing and innovative organization.
- An energetic and positive attitude.
- Deep understanding of cycling?'specific ergonomics and the performance requirements for high?'end road, MTB, and gravel apparel.
- Experience in managing production with premium European suppliers to ensure high?'quality craftsmanship.
- Bonus: Background in Outdoor or Luxury industries is a strong plus.
- Languages: Professional English is required. Dutch and/or Italian is a plus.
