Our cross-sectoral HR Technology & Innovation team supports the maintenance and development of IT systems (e.g. Workday and Cornerstone) aimed at facilitating HR processes and improving efficiency as well as employee experience. The team is positioned within HR but collaborates with multiple departments within and outside HR and within a global context.
Your assignment
Agent building, AI support & knowledge sharing'
- Building up knowledge of Copilot Studio and build agents (prioritization via the HR AI team)
- Act as the technical go to person for HR agent building
- Collaboration with T&I colleagues in building agents and ongoing collaboration/knowledge transfer to them who need/want to learn more about agent building.
- Build Copilot agents based on approved design documents, including support drafting design documents before development.
- Support in the use case selection and prioritization process
- Focus is on Copilot Studio, but also building agents in Workday could be an option.
- Co-organizing agent building training to assure that T&I (and potentially whole HR) is upskilling in agent-building
- Preparing and supporting in the use case selection and prioritization process
- General support in the HR AI program
- Besides technical agent-building skills, also social/business/consultancy skills are required to make this internship a success.
Your profile
To be suitable for the internship, you:
- Are currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, human resources, artificial intelligence, information technology, computer science, or a related field
- Have a strong interest in AI, agent development, digital innovation, and HR processes
- Are analytical and able to translate business needs into practical solutions
- Communicate effectively in English and collaborate confidently with different stakeholders
- Take initiative, work independently, and contribute positively within a team
- Are adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment
Other requirements you need to meet:
- You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship, and you are at least 18 years old at the start of the internship;
- If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement);
- You attach your cover letter with a clear motivation on why you are interested in this internship assignment in particular;
- You need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship. In case you are currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your application shows the willingness to relocate.
