Join our technology innovation team, where you will play a pivotal role in designing and building enterprise-grade software integrations, web applications, and scalable infrastructure. Leveraging modern technologies such as Python, FastAPI, React, PostgreSQL, Azure AI Search, and GenAI, you will lead projects that integrate advanced AI capabilities like RAG-based search and intelligent agents into robust, high-performing systems. Your expertise will be critical in driving architectural decisions, ensuring scalability, software quality assurance, and mentoring teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
This is what you'll do
As a Full Stack Developer , you will work with multidisciplinary teams of developers, cloud engineers, and AI specialists. Your role spans contributing to architecture design, hands-on coding, and technical leadership, ensuring seamless integration of backend services, front-end interfaces, and AI-driven features. You will work in teams through agile delivery cycles, applying best practices in software engineering and modern DevOps principles.

Your responsibilities include:
- Contributing to the design and development of scalable web applications and integrations using Python (FastAPI) and React among other tools;
- Help architect and optimize PostgreSQL databases for high-performance applications;
- Integrating Azure AI Search and GenAI-powered features (including RAG pipelines, Agentic workflows) into low code enterprise solutions;
- Applying SOLID principles, UML modeling, and software engineering best practices;
- Creating wireframes, technical documentation, and system architecture diagrams;
- Building and deploying containerized applications using Docker and orchestrating deployments for large-scale environments using tooling like Kubernetes;
- Driving agile delivery in Scrum teams, using tools like Azure DevOps or Jira;
- Ensuring code quality through Git-based version control, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines and take on refactoring initiatives to improve existing code;
- Mentoring junior developers and fostering a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing;
- Bridging communication between technical and business stakeholders to align solutions with strategic goals.

You are passionate about building scalable, secure, and innovative software solutions. You thrive in more senior roles, guiding teams through complex technical challenges while staying hands-on with cutting-edge technologies. You combine strong programming skills with architectural vision and a deep understanding of software engineering principles.
- 7+ years of experience in full-stack development, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role;
- Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, React, and PostgreSQL;
- Experience with Azure AI Search, GenAI concepts, Agentic AI and RAG-based implementations is a plus;
- Strong grasp of SOLID principles, UML, and software architecture patterns;
- Familiarity with Docker, Scrum, and agile methodologies;
- Ability to design wireframes and translate them into functional applications;
- Skilled in version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines;
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Fluent in English; Dutch is an advantage.
