Technical Project Manager

An international dairy manufacturing organization operating in a complex, regulated production environment. The company runs multiple sites across the Netherlands and focuses on safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of technical and operational projects.

As a Technical Project Manager, you are responsible for translating business needs into feasible technical projects. You define scope, budget, and planning, manage risks and stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.

• Define project scope, objectives, business cases, and feasibility
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and approvals
• Execute and control projects, including risk and resource management
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and external suppliers
• Manage reporting, stage gates, and stakeholder communication
• Deliver projects and ensure proper handover and evaluation

• 4+ years of experience in technical or industrial project management
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (food, FMCG, pharma or similar)
• Strong skills in planning, budgeting, stakeholder and risk management
• Fluent in Dutch and English (German is a plus)
• Willing to travel between sites (Workum, Balkbrug, Wolvega, Bodegraven, Leerdam)
• Available for on-site work, 38 hours per week
