Day in the life of…
As a member of the Service Solutions Organization Apps team and Customer Support Services team, you are developing the future tools of the Service Solutions Organization, taking care of support on the existing tools and data management.
Your working day will start between 7:30 and 9:00 am, according to your needs, and the location is Hybrid (3 days from office and 2 days from home).
You will work to fulfill the needs of our customers, both internal and external. Thanks to your accurate work, we will be able to deliver new tools and proactively maintain and correct data to ensure our customers are happy.
Responsibilities- Pro-active and affinity to learn and improve
- Support ERP Systems
- Implement new functionality in existing tools
- Develop new tools and apps strategy
- Setup and maintain all data elements on service models and parts
- Manage service price lists for EMEA
Your Team
The EMEA Service Solutions Organization Apps team and Customer Support Services team is a diverse team of 6 experts, working from the Eindhoven office location and supporting the European SSO teams (Fluke and Tektronix) and internal customers. Processes and tools will be explained, and extended knowledge is based on self-reliance.
- Bachelor’s degree or similar level work experience.
- Advanced Excel experience
- Fluent in English mandatory; basic Dutch is a plus
Basic technical knowledge of metrology and test & measurement products is a plus.
Personal Skills- Fluently speaking and writing in English; Dutch language is a plus.
- Good digital literacy, in particular MS Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
- Accurate in generating and processing data.
- Team player.
