About the roleAs a Medior Talent Partner, you’ll work in-house with one of our fast-growing partners' TA team to help them reach their hiring milestones using a data-driven and agile approach. You will achieve this by fully immersing yourself in our partner’s culture, providing advice on recruitment strategies and delivering high-quality results across all recruitment functions.
Your role may include, but is not limited to, the following:
Executing strategic recruiting plans to ensure that our partner attracts and hires top talent
Communicating with hiring managers to define the desirable skills for the roles assigned
Using creative and persistent sourcing techniques with proficiency, specifically for niche searches
Posting jobs, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, negotiating, and assisting in the selection and offer stages
Regularly using metrics to analyse pipeline efficiency
Identifying and proposing solutions to hiring process inefficiencies

3-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
Proven success in sourcing, attracting, and hiring a diverse array of roles spanning business, creative, and solution-oriented domains
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage relationships with stakeholders and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
You’re fluent in English, and it's a plus if you're also fluent in Dutch, German and/or French
