Over de functie
As an Assembly Technician, you will work on the assembly of high quality precision mechanical and mechatronic products in a cleanroom environment. Based on technical drawings, work instructions, and quality standards, you will assemble components and complete modules with the highest level of precision.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assembling precision mechanical and mechatronic products;
- Assembling hose bundles, tubing, fittings, and other high tech components;
- Performing quality inspections and checking products for dimensions and functionality;
- Working according to cleanroom procedures and quality standards;
- Preparing, testing, and getting products ready for shipment;
- Actively contributing ideas for improving work processes, quality, and efficiency.
You will receive a comprehensive onboarding and training program to ensure that you become familiar with all processes and quality standards.
Wie ben jij?
You are precise, have an eye for detail, and place a strong emphasis on quality. You have a technical mindset, are eager to learn, and feel comfortable working in a production environment where precision is essential. You are able to work independently while also being a strong team player.
In addition, you have:
- A completed MBO level technical education or equivalent practical and intellectual working level;
- Experience in precision mechanical or technical assembly;
- An affinity with technology and a quality focused approach to work;
- Experience in a production environment is an advantage;
- Experience working in a cleanroom is an advantage;
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing is a plus;
- A proactive, enthusiastic, and team oriented attitude;
- Willingness to work in a two shift system;
- Good command of either Dutch or English.
