This key role requires a strategic, insightful leader to mould our learning and development and recruitment strategies across ASICS EMEA. How you’ll help us.
Based out of our EMEA Headquarters, just outside of Amsterdam, Netherlands and reporting to the VP HR, as part of the role, you’ll:
- Strategize and execute a 3-year plan for learning and development tailored for ASICS EMEA, promoting the growth of our future leaders.
- Design and roll out diverse learning programmes, with an eye on industry best practices and our own brand ethos.
- Drive recruitment initiatives and leverage multiple sourcing channels to attract the best diverse talent to ASICS.
- Lead, motivate, and develop your direct reports, ensuring alignment with our broader Human Resources (HR) and business objectives.
- Instil the ASICS philosophy through our Sound Mind in a Sound Body (SMSB) programme and wellbeing initiatives.

- A qualification in the relevant field.
- At least 8 years of experience in recruitment, HR (Human Resources), and learning and development.
- Adept at guiding and cultivating teams towards success.
- Strategic thinker with a vision for HR initiatives.
- Skilled in project management and carrying out roles with perseverance and flexibility.
