De Plesman opened its doors in March 2025 and has already earned a Michelin Key (which we’re secretly very proud of). We're a boutique hotel located in the former KLM headquarters in The Hague, honouring aviation pioneer Albert Plesman. The building’s history is reflected in every detail, from its architecture to its hospitality. Guests can enjoy an amazing dinner at Restaurant Suus, named after Plesman’s wife, or unwind at Albert Bar, named after Albert Plesman himself. A dynamic spot between the dunes and the city where The Hague’s heritage comes to life.

What will you be doing?
● You will be responsible to manage the F&B breakfast team as a Supervisor Breakfast together with your colleague supervisors and the Restaurant Manager.
● Maintain an exquisite guest service, and lead staff to do the same. Up-selling all menu items to maximize food & beverage revenue, and being able to resolve any guest compliment within a professional manner.
● Additionally, you will be the one who will provide guidance, training and the right examples to motivate the team.
● Accomplish change, you will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to achieve improvement.
● Consistent achievement of the service standards and quality.
● You follow all the safety and security policies and procedures of the company.
● Complete opening duties.
Small print:
● You have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role as a Breakfast Supervisor. You’ll be on top of our list if you gained this experience at a 4/5-star hotel.
● You have a kind knowledge of all F&B standards, service, and products. You’re able to demonstrate hygiene codes correctly and are able to show safe us of all materials/equipment.
● Possibility to work morning shifts, including weekends and holidays
● You speak Native Dutch + strong English
● You preferably live in the vicinity of The Hague
