The Pricing Specialist BeLux will be part of the Commercial Department team and will have a key role in our organization regarding price management. In very close collaboration with the Commercial Manager, you are responsible for the overall management of the local pricing policy.

Your key task is to ensure accurate and timely data & price entry by uploading and maintaining list prices and price discounts which are linked to contractual agreements or public tenders. You will support the implementation and maintenance of systems and continuously re-evaluate current tools and ways of working to standardize processes and drive efficiency.

Furthermore, you will be coordinating, preparing, and implementing our recurrent strategic price changes across all divisional product portfolios and customer accounts.

Finally, the Pricing Specialist will also execute specific data analyses to provide the business with the necessary insights in terms of price dispute prevention and mitigation. You'll build and provide accurate and insightful reports on a timely and ad hoc basis to drive pricing optimization, through productivity and efficiency.

Is this you?

You Have a Foundation in Understanding Pricing in a Corporate Environment: Having 12 months’ work experience in a pricing or a similar role would be an advantage.

You Speak Fluent Dutch & English: In addition, having fluent French would be highly preferable but is not essential.

You love a Challenge: A self-starter who enjoys problem solving and creating innovative solutions. You can organize and direct diverse activities in a changing environment, often under time pressure.

You Know what you are Doing: You have experience in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PPT & Excel). Experience with ERP (SAP, Oracle) and Power BI would be an advantage.

You Build Relationships: You are a team player that works closely with your team members to achieve shared goals. Next to that, you build and maintain successful relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and customers.

You do the Right Thing: You have a high level of integrity, responsibility, discipline, and attention to detail. You understand the importance of keeping tabs of what is always going on in your goals/projects.

You are a Strategic Thinker: You enjoy analyzing data or trends from multiple sources and formats and create a comprehensive scientific review, including in-depth statistical analyses, risk management cross-check, and descriptive analyses, following complex and rigorous methodologies.

What will you do at Stryker?

• Price data entry for all divisional SKU’s actively sold in Belgium and Luxembourg.
• Maintain accurate records and updates of price lists (Oracle system).
• Creation of customer-specific price lists related to new contracts and public tenders.
• Prevent, investigate and resolve invoice disputes related to pricing/taxation issues.
• Communicate with customers and provide customized pricing Master data.
• Support the divisional Sales & Marketing teams with new item activations, price uploads or price modifications.
• Ensure proper execution of the local contracts, rebates & discount policies.
• Coordinate, lead and implement the recurrent strategic price changes – export price lists, validate products in/out of scope, calculate impact, develop and upload new general/customized master data.
• Coordinate, lead and implement the yearly price indexations.
• Support and enable the product pricing integration of newly acquired companies.
• Develop close and strong collaboration with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
