As an administrative employee at GEODIS in Venlo, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our logistics processes. Your role is pivotal in ensuring accurate data entry, supporting the drivers' desk, and maintaining effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders. What You Will Do:
- Data processing: accurately input and verify administrative data in SAP and other systems.
- Drivers' desk: assist drivers with handling transport documents and address their questions.
- Communication: maintain contact with internal departments such as transport planning and customer service.
- Problem-solving: identify and resolve discrepancies in the logistics process in collaboration with colleagues.
- Reporting: prepare and update reports to monitor the progress and quality of processes.

- Available full-time for rotating shifts (06:00–15:00 / 08:00–17:00 / 09:00–18:00), depending on the task.
