As an IT Service Desk Engineer, you have a crucial role in providing technical support to customers via various tools, tickets or e-mail. You are not only the first point of contact for customers, but also expert in analysing and reporting product optimisations for various IT Asset Management tools, including Snow, Lansweeper and Xensam.
Your responsibilities as a Service Desk Engineer include:
- Function as the first point of contact for customers;
- Identifying customer needs;
- Analysing and reporting product optimisations of various Software IT tooling.
