As the dedicated Inside Sales Specialist for Germany, you will collaborate closely with Field Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Order Management teams to drive business growth. You will play a key role in identifying customer needs, qualifying opportunities, maintaining CRM accuracy, and contributing to revenue growth while working in a fast-paced, international, and highly collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the German market by building relationships with new and existing customers.
- Qualify marketing-generated leads (MQLs) and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Identify customer needs, ongoing projects, and future business opportunities.
- Manage opportunities throughout the sales funnel and ensure timely follow-up.
- Schedule appointments and support Field Sales teams with qualified opportunities.
- Act as the first point of contact for customers and internal sales colleagues regarding commercial inquiries.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Field Sales, and Order Management to maximize sales performance.
- Maintain accurate customer information, opportunity status, and pipeline data in the CRM system.
- Deliver reliable sales forecasts and contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve sales processes and customer experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales, inside sales, business development, or customer-facing commercial role.
- Experience in a B2B environment is an advantage.
- Customer Service professionals with a strong commercial mindset are encouraged to apply.
- Experience with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics or similar) is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word).
- German language skills at minimum B1/B2 level, with recent professional use.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Additional European languages are considered a plus.
