Your day to day
The Breakfast Supervisor oversees the daily breakfast service to ensure exceptional guest experience, efficient operations, and high-quality food presentation. This role includes supervising the breakfast team, coordinating service flow, maintaining food safety standards, overseeing meeting spaces, including ensuring they are set up correctly and maintained throughout the day, and supporting the overall success of the F&B operations.

Lead the daily breakfast service to ensure a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Coordinate with the kitchen team for timely food production and replenishment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and buffet areas.
Manage stock levels and communicate replenishment needs.
Handle guest inquiries, dietary requirements, and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
Conduct regular floor checks during to ensure the dining area, tables, floors, meeting spaces, and service stations remain clean and presentable.
Supervise and guide breakfast team during service.
Train new team members on service standards, hygiene, and operational procedures.
Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
Coordinate the setup of meeting rooms according to event orders (BEOs), ensuring layouts, equipment, and supplies meet requirements.
Communicate with event organizers, sales team, and other departments to ensure all requirements are met.
Review daily events and communicate operational needs to departments.
Assist with administrative tasks, including checklists and stock records.

Passion for hospitality.
Previous F&B experience, preferably in a supervisory or breakfast role.
Strong communication and guest service skills.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment.
