CRM Product Owner

As a CRM Product Owner, you'll be the link between users, IT, and suppliers. You'll translate complex requirements into workable solutions, monitor the continued development of Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365, and be responsible for achieving valuable results. You'll also fulfill the role of Functional Application Manager, ensuring continuity, supporting and training colleagues, and resolving incidents.

• Further development of solutions within Power Platform and Dynamics 365
• Stakeholder management with key users, end users and development team
• Product backlog management and prioritization
• Budget management and reporting to the product board
• Training and support for end users
• Documentation of features and manuals
• Incident management and availability assurance

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role
• Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft Power Platform
• Good knowledge and experience with Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Insights
• Experience with connections from CRM to other systems (such as marketing automation)
• Knowledge of information security, privacy (GDPR) and compliance
• Fluent command of the Dutch language and good command of English
• Experience working in a scrum or agile environment
• Experience with budget management and reporting

• PSPO Certification (Professional Scrum Product Owner)
• Experience with Azure DevOps and XRMToolBox
• Hands‑on experience with Power Platform and Dynamics 365
