As a team, we thrive in situations where our creativity and ability to be innovative are being put to the test. Due to this mindset, we can deliver high-end and exotic solutions that are, in some cases, deemed impossible. And that is something that we are proud of as a team!
The department
Digital transformation is happening everywhere. Software is taking over the business operations. Companies across all industries are essentially becoming software companies now. The competitive battlefield is digital… websites, mobile apps, IoT and more. We can see this in the way we interact, pay, travel.
The Digital Performance Management unit within the Digital ServiceNow practice works with its clients to enable them to deliver the smoothest, fastest, secure digital experience to all its users in increasing business performance.
We support clients in complex ecosystems with today’s applications, websites and apps running. These websites and apps are not just marketing channels anymore, they are critical production factors. If a website or app doesn't deliver a satisfactory customer experience the entire value delivery chain breaks down, and a company will not generate revenue regardless of product quality or value proposition. So, a good user experience is essential; otherwise, it is game over. Digital Performance Management is to be the partner of choice and trusted advisor of Eviden clients to address these objectives.
