As an IT Service Desk Engineer, you have a crucial role in providing technical support to customers via various tools, tickets or e-mail. You are not only the first point of contact for customers, but also expert in analysing and reporting product optimisations for various IT Asset Management tools, including Snow, Lansweeper and Xensam.

Your responsibilities as a Service Desk Engineer include:

• Function as the first point of contact for customers;
• Identifying customer needs;
• Analysing and reporting product optimisations of various Software IT tooling.

• Completed HBO education;
• Excellent communication skills, as you are in frequent contact with suppliers and customers;
• Affinity with ITIL and/or Scrum is a plus;
• Technological affinity in the field of IT

The recruitment process consists of three rounds. In the first round, recruiter Emre will contact you. The second round includes an interview with manager Martijn and a colleague within the team. Finally, the third round will take place in the form of a presentation.
