Join an internationally leading provider of test and measurement equipment and solutions in the field of Power Quality and take full responsibility for the operations in the Netherlands.
As Country Manager Netherlands, you will be responsible for the overall management of the Dutch subsidiary. You will drive revenue growth, lead a dedicated team through transformation, and successfully implement the global strategy on a local level, in close collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager and central functions. The headquarters is located in Southern Germany.
- Growth & Sales: Full P&L and budget responsibility for the Netherlands; focus on new customer acquisition and market expansion.
- Strategic Implementation: Execution of global and regional strategies in the Dutch market; close collaboration with Business Units and Business Development.
- Leadership & Transformation: Lead, motivate, and develop the team; establish a performance-oriented and modern corporate culture.
- Business Development: Personally manage key accounts and develop new business relationships; monitor market and competition trends.
- Administration & Compliance: Ensure compliance with local legal requirements in coordination with global functions (HR, Legal, Finance, Marketing).
- Perspective: Actively contribute to market growth in the Netherlands and participate in international projects.
