iPractice is a healthcare institution for mental well-being. Our team of psychologists offer high quality treatments to our clients that deal with mental health challenges. The treatment is a combination of consultation at one of our locations and online therapy. We believe in practicing what you preach. A “healing environment” is essential for both our psychologists and clients.

As Facility Manager you are responsible for managing the facility operations at our locations (currently 8 in the Netherlands). Your job is to make sure that our psychologists are supported in helping our clients. This means you:

• manage suppliers from A to Z (e.g. Cleaning, landlords, etc.);
• make sure that daily operations can run at all locations (supplies, building, etc.);
• ensure compliance to rules and regulations (safety, accessibility, etc.);
• coordinate activities of the office support team (currently working students that help out with purchase of groceries, small tasks in the buildings, etc.);
• work with team of 'contact persons' at each location, to make sure that the teams on the locations can operate as self-supporting teams;
• drive or assist with projects (team outings, renovations, etc.);
• report directly to the managing director. Works closely together with the HR business partner, head of matching and recruiter.

• have at least 3 years of relevant experience in facility/office management in an organization with multiple locations;
• you are fluent in Dutch and English;
• you are available for a minimum of 32 hrs per week in the Amsterdam office.
