The Opportunity

As we prepare for rapid international expansion into the UK, US, and other markets, our platform must scale to support multi-region operations, complex compliance requirements, and high-volume usage. To drive this evolution, we’re looking for an experienced Java Engineer to ensure delivery excellence in a fast-paced, Agile, and international environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Be part of the development of scalable Java-based backend services.
• Develop automation and integrations to streamline onboarding and operations worldwide.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system specifications.
• Optimize application performance and ensure system stability.
• Drive best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement.

• Vacation pay and days off – 8.33% vacation pay and 27 days off per year based on full-time employment.
• Hybrid working – 60/40 split: three days in office, two days working from home.

• Performance bonus – annual reward of one or two months’ salary based on performance.

What we expect from you

• Solid understanding of backend (Java 21, Spring Boot, Hibernate).
• Strong commitment to both high-quality, maintainable code and effective delivery.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, monorepo architecture, and cloud services.
• Familiarity with databases and data integration techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
