To expand our Business Unit in Eindhoven (4 sites) we are looking for a Site Engineer. We are looking for a colleague to think along with the customers and to develop logistic solutions and then implement them.

As a full-time Site Engineer you will work in a young, dynamic international working environment. You are responsible for producing efficient and effective logistics solutions for customers and delivering the corresponding cost model. Y ou will work together with colleagues from the Business Support, Quality & Control and Operations departments, among others.

In this role, you will report directly to the Manager BU Projects & Engineering.

What does your day look like as a Site Engineer?

• Identify, design and improve logistics processes of daily operations
• Improve the supporting IT systems
• Deliver complete and correct cost models and P&L analyses for both tenders and existing operations
• Provide support for implementation and (re)-engineering projects such as layout, procedures, work instructions and training
• Leading project teams including reporting

What do you need to be successful?

• Completed HBO education in a logistics and/or technical business direction
• Knowledge of Lean and experience with complex logistics processes (mechanization)
• Knowledge of MS-Office, excellent command of MS Excel. VBA and CAD is an advantage
• Quantitative and analytical skills
• Command of the English language in word and writing with good communication and social skill s
• Project and team work skills
