Daarom kies je als Customer Integration Consultant - Benelux voor PostNLVisible work: You will help to improve the experience of our key domestic customers by making sure that the customer integration processes run as smooth as possible.

While working in our centralised Digital department your job is to fully support our key domestic customers within the Benelux, such as Bol.com, Coolblue, Zalando, Otto and Intergamma. Your focus is on the IT-system integration, connecting the customer systems, API's and web portals with our systems and API's. Our high-end service to these eCommerce customers for instance about track & traceability can only be delivered if logistic data can run smoothly from one system to another. It is your challenge to make this happen. Obviously you are not alone in this, but you will play a central part. You will serve as a link between our domestic customers, account management and our IT-organization. You will oversee the entire IT integration process from end-to-end, which implies that you are responsible for designing, testing, and implementing integration solutions for our domestic customers. It is your job to ensure that PostNL's IT-systems can "talk" with those of our key customers.
Our Customer Integrations team is part of the ERT (Emergency Response Team) within PostNL. For the largest disruptions in the IT-chain, we play an essential role to detect and mitigate customer impact. This is an integral part of our work during office hours. Every once in a while IT related issues occur during evening hours. Over the last year this happened ones per three months. But when it happens we need to be there for our customers and manage to fix it. For this purpose we work in rotating standby shifts. Both for being standby as for actually working outside office hours we offer extra compensation.
