Employment Conditions
- Full-time position;
- Shift work between 08:00 and 21:00. You alternate shifts with your colleagues, based on mutual agreement;
- Gross monthly salary in scale 6 or 7 between € 2.215,- and € 3.500,- depending on education and experience. You can grow to € 3.795.32;
- 130% surcharge after 18:00;
- Travel allowance from the first kilometer at € 0.23 per kilometer;
- 25 vacation days;
- 8% holiday pay;
- Collective labor agreement à la carte: a personal budget that you can spend as you wish. You can convert this into vacation days (maximum of 6) or have the amount paid out monthly on top of your salary. You can also use it to pay for a gym subscription;

What will you do as a Customer Service Agent?
In this dynamic environment, you need to be firm, as you deal with various interests, workload, and shifting responsibilities, (major) projects, and urgent tasks. Additionally, it's an implementation that brings a lot of challenges at the beginning. Therefore, you must be able to quickly switch between activities while maintaining an overview. Analytical skills to assess and solve complex logistical challenges are also crucial in this role. As a Customer Service Representative at DHL Supply Chain, you have daily contact with the customer regarding various matters such as shipments, order issues, warehouse transport, and relationship management.You bring
- Preferably 3 years of experience in Customer Service in Logistics, Production, or Supply Chain;
- Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken, at B2 level;
- Affinity or experience with technology;
- Driven and analytical skills;
- Knowledge about CSS is a plus;
- Ability to keep calm in stressful situations while maintaining an overview;
- Prioritization skills under high workload;
- The Organization: Our High Tech campus in Beringe consists of 5 locations with a total area of approximately 145,000 m2, and you will be part of the site where the new customer is being implemented. You are part of a team of 4 Customer Service Representatives and report to the Business Process Manager.
