As a secretary in our corporate law team, you will work both independently and as part of a team to provide the best support to your colleagues.

As you already know, the most important parts of your job with us are:

• Creating, maintaining and archiving files
• Researching and preparing files for filing
• Other administrative work

We are currently looking for an experienced secretary who has worked within the notary's office for several years, for a minimum of 32 to 40 hours per week. It would be nice if you already have experience with Codex, but should you not have this, we will be happy to teach you how it works. Of course, we offer you a salary well suited to your position and years of experience.

We are a modern boutique firm in Amsterdam. In 2007, Paul Schut and Myra van de Ven opened the doors of our firm for the first time and we moved twice since then because of our growth.
