What will your tasks be?
- Help Norweigan customers with questions via phone, email, and live chat;
- Review and categorize content based on platform guidelines;
- Resolve payment issues and manage user accounts effectively;
- Provide feedback to team leaders to improve internal systems;
- Keep the knowledge base updated with the latest information;
- Collaborate with international colleagues to deliver excellence.
Who are you?
You are a communicative talent who is fluent in Norweigan and proficient in English. Helping people gives you energy, and you take ownership of your work. You are at least 18 years old and hold an EU passport. Being flexible is second nature to you, as you thrive in dynamic environments and are comfortable working in shifts. You have at least one year of experience in a customer-facing role and are ready to relocate for at least twelve months.
Locations?
- Athens, Hellas or Thessaloniki in Greece;
- Lisbon, Portugal;
- Barcelona or Mallaga in Spain.
- A salary of €1,300,- paid 14 times per year, with a performance bonus of €100,- till €300,- in Greece;
- A salary range from €1358,- till €1.620,50 per month in Portugal;
- A salary range from €1700,- till €1.800,- per month in Spain;
- Full reimbursement of your flight costs to your new destination;
- Two weeks of free accommodation and professional help finding a permanent home;
- Hybrid work options and the freedom to work from anywhere for 40 days per year;

- Fluent in Norwegian (written and spoken) and good knowledge of English;
