Are you ready to take ownership of leading campaigns for some of the industry’s most exciting brands? At SAMY x team5pm, we’re looking for an Account Director Influencer Marketing who combines energy, experience, and a real passion for client growth and Influencer Marketing, all with a down-to-earth mindset. In this role, you’ll be the main contact for your client portfolio, coordinate the end-to-end campaign process, and drive both commercial and creative excellence within an ambitious, collaborative team.

As Account Director Influencer Marketing, you’ll handle a diverse range of high-profile clients, ensuring campaigns run seamlessly from start to finish. You translate client goals into actionable strategies, advise on campaign concepts, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver measurable results. Your focus: proactive client management, effective campaign execution, nurturing long-term partnerships that empower brands to grow using the power of creators and thought leadership on Influencer Marketing in the Benelux market.

What you’ll do

• Be the first point of contact (and trusted advisor!) for your portfolio of A-class brands.
• Lead, coordinate, and expand campaigns, from creative pitch to reporting real results.
• Strategically expand accounts: spot opportunities, advise brands, and build long-term partnerships.
• Share your expertise in influencer selection, content concepts, and platform trends, backed by data, creativity, and instinct.
• Own full campaign management: timelines, budgets, execution, and stakeholder happiness, from briefing to debriefing.
• Build new business via your own network, unlocking opportunities where influencer marketing is the starting point.
• Coach junior colleagues, transfer knowledge, and help build an even smarter, tech-driven team.
• Continuously optimise: analyse results, extract learnings, and refine our influencer approach.
• Actively represent and advocate for team5pm, both internally and in the market (e.g. At events or webinars).

Who are you?

• You have 8+ years’ experience in influencer marketing, digital or social media (agency or brand side).
• You excel in account management, building strong client relationships, and driving account growth.
• You thrive on working closely with clients, identifying opportunities, and growing partnerships in a dynamic environment.
• You combine commercial acumen with a hands‑on mentality and an eye for detail.
• You know how to win trust, lead conversations, and manage complex campaign stakeholders.
• You’re curious, proactive, and always looking for ways to optimize and innovate.
• You keep up with the latest in online culture, influencer trends, and digital platforms.
• You’re entrepreneurial, enjoy getting out of the office, and are comfortable taking the stage or representing the company at events.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English.
