You bring our hotels to life through stories. You move effortlessly between our six properties, capturing the little things that make each stay special. A new dish in the restaurant, a cosy lobby moment, a smiling guest, you turn it into content. You switch between brands with ease and stay closely connected to the teams, making sure every update, campaign, or idea finds its way online in the right tone and style. Even when deadlines stack up, you keep your creativity sharp and your energy high. You’re the creative pulse behind our digital presence and making our hotels stand out and keeping guests coming back. There are no limits to your abilities. In addition, you will be:
- Developing creative photo and video content for our hotels, restaurants, and bars – from concept to editing and posting.
- Creating, planning, and scheduling content calendars for all brands using tools like Metricool.
- Managing social media communities across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn – engaging with followers and maintaining our brand voice.
- Setting up, optimizing, and reporting on paid social campaigns (Meta Advertising).
- Managing PR and influencer collaborations, from outreach and coordination to campaign execution.
- Creating and maintaining content for online leisure listings and partner platforms in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Concepting and directing photoshoots, including briefings, mood boards, and on-site guidance.
- Keeping track of digital trends, hospitality insights, and market developments to propose fresh content ideas and creative concepts.
- Organizing and assisting in the execution of non-routine public events and ensuring our audiovisual materials and brand presentations are always up to date.

Don’t work. Do what you love instead
You bring a bright, collaborative energy and a hands-on creative mindset. You enjoy turning ideas into eye-catching content and seeing what works, whether that’s helping direct a shoot, editing short clips, or running simple tests in Meta Ads Manager. You have a good creative instinct and a careful eye for detail: organised when planning content calendars and photoshoots, and tidy when setting up campaigns, tracking basic budgets, adding UTM tags and pulling simple performance reports. Above all, you’re curious, eager to learn, and happy to grow your skills on the job. You must have:
- 1-3 years experience in a similar role (not necessarily in the hospitality industry.
- A passion for hospitality, travel and content creation
- Strong skills in photography, videography and editing (adobe suite/canva pro)
- Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and paid social campaign execution
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English & Dutch
- A proactive mindset with ability to adapt to different brand guidelines
- Strong organizational skills and flexibility to travel regularly between other hotels in Amsterdam, The Hague & Rotterdam

- A gross salary of between €2.900 and €3.678 in accordance with scale 7 of the Collective Labour Agreement for the Dutch hospitality and catering industry.
- A contract of 38 hours per week
