You will:
Manage Your Own Client Portfolio
- Take responsibility for a portfolio of professional customers across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
- Welcome new customers to the platform and support them throughout the onboarding process.
- Maintain strong relationships by providing ongoing support, answering questions, and following up on payments when needed.
- Develop long-term partnerships that encourage customer satisfaction, loyalty, and business growth.
- Stay in regular contact with clients, mainly by phone, while also communicating through email and other channels.
- Encourage customers to make the most of the platform by introducing relevant features and services.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and share valuable feedback with the Product team.
- Learn about each customer's business and help them use the platform in a way that best supports their goals.
- You are fluent in German (C2 level) and English (verbal & written)
- At least one year of experience in a customer-focused position, such as Customer Service, Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role.
- Negotiation skills
- Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with customers over the phone.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to build trust with clients.
- Able to work independently while managing multiple customer relationships in an organised way.
- Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership.
- Commercial mindset and an interest in understanding how customer success contributes to business growth.
- Well organised, detail-oriented, and accurate in your work.
- Experience with CRM systems, SaaS businesses, online marketplaces, scale-ups, or additional European languages is considered an advantage.
- 26 vacation days (20 statutory plus 6 additional), with the possibility to purchase or sell up to 5 extra days, plus 2 additional company closure days.
