Lead Ruby on Rails Developer

As Lead Ruby on Rails Developer, you will be responsible for the technical backbone of the platform and the leadership of the development team.
Key responsibilities:• Technical leadership and coaching of the development team• Ownership of architecture, code quality, scalability and performance• Hands-on development in Ruby on Rails• Collaborating with Product Owner and founders on roadmap and technical decisions• Planning and structuring software development• Translating product and client requirements into technical solutions• Acting as technical point of contact for integrations, APIs and external partners• Responsibility for technical aspects related to ISO 27001
We are looking for a senior, pragmatic Lead Developer who is comfortable operating in a scale-up environment and enjoys working closely with the team on-site.Required experience:• Strong, production-level experience with Ruby on Rails• Proven experience as Lead Developer or Senior Developer with team responsibility• Experience designing and maintaining scalable SaaS architectures• Experience working with APIs and third-party integrations• Solid understanding of software quality, security and performance• Comfortable working in an international, English-speaking environment
