GenAI Python Developer (ID:3453)

As a GenAI Python Developer , you will act as a Senior Python Developer specializing in AI and GenAI solutions, with a strong focus on agentic AI architectures.

• Develop and enhance chatbot and AI-driven applications using Python and modern AI frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
• Design and integrate autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents, leveraging concepts such as tool usage, memory, and planning.
• Connect and consume large language models (e.g., OpenAI or Azure OpenAI) using APIs, including async and streaming interactions.
• Collaborate on Azure DevOps workflows, managing Git repositories, branches, pull requests, and contributing to CI/CD pipelines.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for relational databases, primarily PostgreSQL, and support database improvements when required.
• Work closely within a Scrum team, contributing to sprint goals, participating in code reviews, and sharing technical knowledge.

• 8–10 years of overall software development experience, with strong proficiency in Python.
• Minimum 3+ years of hands‑on Python development, with the ability to learn quickly and deliver results in AI‑driven environments.
• Practical experience working with AI systems, preferably involving agentic AI architectures.
• Strong experience in API integration, including asynchronous and streaming data processing.
• Solid working knowledge of Git, including branching strategies, pull requests, and conflict resolution.
• Basic to intermediate understanding of relational databases and SQL; PostgreSQL experience is an advantage.
• Exposure to LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks for building AI workflows.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD concepts.
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams.

• Build, maintain, and improve AI‑driven Python applications in a collaborative team environment.
• Design and implement LLM‑powered workflows, including memory management and multi‑agent coordination.
• Apply prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector database concepts where appropriate.
• Work effectively with async processes and real‑time data streams.
• Collaborate closely with team members, communicate clearly, and contribute to shared technical goals.
• Participate in on‑site collaboration at least two days per week.
• Continuously learn and adapt to evolving GenAI technologies and tools.
