Role Description
This position is responsible for leading the demand planning process, aligning commercial activities with supply chain operations, and driving continuous improvement in forecast accuracy. The role involves collaboration with sales, marketing, supply chain teams, and senior management to support the company’s growth and customer satisfaction objectives.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute demand planning strategies.
- Consolidate demand plans and support S&OP meetings.
- Analyze forecast accuracy and improve processes.
- Manage demand for new launches, end-of-life, and seasonal products.
- Coordinate volume tenders and product shelf life data.
- Lead cross-functional projects and monitor KPIs.
- Support team development and stakeholder communication.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Marketing.
- 8+ years’ demand planning experience, preferably in FMCG or food sectors.
- Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, Excel, and forecasting tools like OMP.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Fluent English; Dutch a plus.
