We are looking for customer service employees who speak the French language. As a customer service representative you can get questions about: invoicing, shipping and complaints. In a correct, customer friendly and efficient manner you answer and/or solve technical questions or problems posed by customers via telephone, e-mail or chat. Before you start working independently, you will follow a training of 2 weeks. You will start working on one project but will be trained for several other projects as well in due time. This results in a very diverse working environment, there is never a dull moment!
